Cialis
Alos known by Tadalafil, Cialis is another wonder drug that is popularized for the successful treat of ED. It was developed by biotech ICOS. Few of these oral drugs include yohimbine hydrochloride, dopamine and serotonin agonists, and trazodone. - are effective, but the results of scientific studies to substantiate these claims. Medications including papaverine hydrochloride, phentolamine, and alprostadil (known as Caverject) relax the blood vessels to increase the blood flow. However, some unwanted side-effects are reported including priapism and scarring. Another medication called Nitroglycerin is a muscle relaxant that is used for improved erection. This drug is rubbed on the penis to have a considerable effect. Another pill called alprostadil is inserted into the urethra through a pre-filled applicator. It starts showing its effect soon after 8 to 10 minutes and last normally for 30 to 60 minutes.

However, these medications may come up with some side effects such as, pain in reproductive organs, abnormal heat, and burning sensation in the urethra.
